Gluten free Almond bread recipe that you can try at home.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350F (180C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
