Gluten free Almond bread recipe that you can try at home.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F (180C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  6. Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
